New Patients

We take pride in giving each and every patient the time and respect they deserve. We encourage our patients to communicate to us any concerns, fears or problems. As you enter our office, Laurie, our office manager will greet you with a smile and a welcome. You will know that you have selected the right dental office. You will be given a patient information sheet, which includes a medical history, to complete and a notice of our office privacy practices form. If you prefer, you can save time by printing out and bringing these completed forms with you.
